The Evergreen Lakeview HOA Board is a volunteer team of Owner-Neighbors like yourself. The Board meets Bi-Monthly (or as needed) with our Property Management firm Cardinal Property Management Company, our Landscape Maintenance contractor Artistic Maintenance, members of the ARC and Landscape Committees, and other Member Neighbors.
As members of a common interest development we are governed by the CC&R’s and Architectural Rules that were established by the original developer and County to ensure that our community is maintained to those standards.
The Board not only meets to discuss matters concerning these documents but also to manage and maintain the common area landscape, hardscape and mailboxes, but to plan for the future of our community.
The Board is made up of 5 entirely volunteer Members who do not receive any payment or favored treatment for their service to you and our Homeowners Association. These 5 Members are responsible for the roles of: President, Secretary, Treasurer, Landscape, Architectural. Each Board Member has one equal vote on all matters.
Meetings of the Association are held on the third Thursday of every other month beginning January, unless adjusted by the Board.
Agenda for the Regular HOA Meeting and the Executive Session are posted on this website four or more days before the meetings.
Regular HOA Meetings are are open to all Homeowners in our HOA, and are held 6:30 PM at the Santa Margarita Water District 26111 Antonio Parkway
Rancho Santa Margarita CA 92688, just South of Oso on Antonio.
Association Meetings are restricted to our HOA Members and those invited to attend by the Board of Directors for the purpose of Association business.
We welcome and encourage all of our HOA Homeowners to attend and participate.
