After hours and on weekends you can call (714) 459-0477 and the answering service will then page the on call manager and give them the message, the on-call manager then contacts the owner and then
the landscape company to report the issue. If you know one of the board members are home and where they live contact them also.
How do I contact Orange County Vector Control if I am concerned about rodents or insects?
Orange County Vector Control may be able to provide information or assistance regarding any insect, arthropod, rodent or other animal capable of harboring or transmitting or causing human
discomfort and injury. This can include surveillance and control measures for rats, mosquitoes, flies, and Red Imported Fire Ants. Vector Control's website explains their services and priorities.
Requests for their services must be submitted online via their request form. Service requests must be
submitted by the homeowner or resident directly, not the association management company.
How do I contact Mission Viejo Animal Services if I am concerned about animal nuisances?
Mission Viejo has its own Animal Services department. Residents of Mission Viejo should contact the Mission Viejo Animal Services through their own website. Their services require that a homeowner or resident contact them directly, rather than the
association management company.
If you have an issue that is not serviced by Mission Viejo Animal Services or if the issue is outside of Mission Viejo, refer to Orange County's Animal Control and Animal Services website.
